Real-Time Conversational AI COVID-19 Chatbot
This is a real-time interactive chatbot with a voice-to-text function to deliver updated COVID-19 related information. All information were from government official website to ensure the accuracy and credibility of information. All Information is extracted from the state’s websites:
https://hawaiicovid19.com/ and https://health.hawaii.gov/coronavirusdisease2019/.
In this 24-7 available app, you can ask the chatbot open-ended COVID-19 related questions and receive a response. The chatbot will provide an accurate answer to the user’s question or direct the user to the appropriate agency (DOH, DOT, physician, etc) for more information. This Chatbot will function on multiple platforms (desktop and mobile) and will NOT collect Personally identifiable information. In addition, the chatbot has voice-to-text capabilities.

Trained the chatbot with conversations and scenarios by implementing training agents like intents, phrases, actions, and responses into Dialogflow, a Google natural language understanding platform.

Architected conversational flow integrating 4 agents, 50 intents, 400 phrases, 50 actions, and 200 responses.

Installed the timestamp function that shows time zone, minutes, and seconds with JavaScript and Node.js.
